- What is a "configuration" and why would I need more than one?
- Each Code Email or Redeem Link is a configuration. They have their settings, and they can pick codes from different lists. Each plan has a max number of configurations that can be active at the same time. If you have multiple email lists that you wish to monitor and deliver codes to, you usually need multiple configurations.
- Can I try Coupon Carrier for free?
- Sure! All of our plans include 7-day free trial. The limitation is that you can only deliver up to 50 codes during your trial. Once you're ready to get started, you can choose to subscribe to one of our plans. If you need any help at all in getting set up, reach out!
- I have a list of codes. Can I import these and use them?
- Yes, you can import your own set of pre-generated codes into code lists in Coupon Carrier and distribute them to your subscribers. Read more about how to do this here →
- What if I go over my monthly included code limit?
- At the end of each period, the overage is calculated, and you are then charged for each code over the included monthly limit. Larger plans have a lower price per additional code.
- Can our agency use Coupon Carrier for our clients?
- Yes! You're free to use your account for multiple clients. Agencies usually subscribe to our larger plans that include more codes per month as well as many configurations. Contact us if you need a custom plan for your agency.
- Will I need to commit to a long-term contract?
- No. You can choose to pay monthly or annually. If you choose to pay annually, you get 2 months free. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
